   Fourteen document kinds, billing chain, recurring invoices and dunning

   From offer to final invoice: milestone invoices in a chain, recurring invoices for retainers, your own letterheads, project costing with margin and a dunning system with levels and interest.

   • Billing chain: milestone invoices, cumulative billing and the final invoice automatically deduct what has already been billed – including change orders with a running contract sum.
   • Recurring invoices: invoices for retainers and subscriptions run on a schedule, are booked and, if you like, sent automatically.
   • New document kinds: pro forma invoice, delivery note (signable on the phone) and timesheet record created directly from tracked time.
   • Layouts: letterhead designer, templates per document kind and PDF/A output for every document.
   • Project costing: purchase and sales price per line item, margin and markup visible before the offer goes out; cost categories for reporting.
   • Labour cost and billing: salary periods, hourly rates and surcharges per person; time becomes an invoice without any hour being billed twice.
   • Dunning: reminder before the due date, dunning levels with a fee ladder, default interest and a dashboard for open items (Business plan).

   Casper AI in your workspace and cashwerk as an MCP server

   Casper answers questions from your data, creates records on request and asks before every change. Through the MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code operate your workspace with your permissions.

   • Casper AI on the web and in the mobile app: answers come from your own data, not from a model's memory.
   • Approval before every change: reading needs no confirmation; creating, editing, sending and deleting always do – every action is attributed to your user.
   • Straight from the chat: create contacts, deals, projects, tasks and appointments, generate offers and invoices from existing data, have a metric explained.
   • MCP server: sign-in via OAuth 2.0 for each user individually, revocable in the settings; your roles and rate limits apply to every tool. cashwerk is listed in Claude's connector directory.
   • n8n community node on npm: connect cashwerk in your own workflows without code.
   • AI credits per user per month on the Starter and Business plans; usage is visible in the workspace.

   Online booking, calendar sync and meeting transcription

   Customers book appointments on your booking page, calendars sync with Google and Microsoft 365, meetings are transcribed and turned into tasks – plus permission presets and CRM enhancements.

   • Online booking: your own booking pages in your corporate design with event types, availability rules, reminders and rescheduling or cancellation by the customer.
   • Calendar sync: bidirectional and in real time with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365/Outlook, with a sync status on every event.
   • Meeting transcription: recording and transcript for Google Meet, Zoom and Teams, AI summary and tasks directly on the calendar event.
   • Real-time notifications: changes appear in the app immediately, no reload needed.
   • CRM: private customer contact type, churned status for churn analysis, appointments tab on contacts and companies, deals linked to several companies and contacts, company import with duplicate check, guests from appointments become contacts.
   • Calendar: recurring events with per-occurrence editing, several calendars per event, file attachments from Drive.
   • Interface: collapsible navigation with focus profiles, better global search with quick actions, mobile view optimised for iOS, consistent dark mode.
   • Integrations and stability: Lexware and sevDesk no longer overwrite internal numbers, new API endpoints for booking and chat, chat with automatic fallback on connection problems, correct break calculation in time tracking.
