Campaigns as projects with a board, hours per client and task, retainers as recurring invoices. At the end of the month the reporting is there, without anyone copying numbers together.
In short
cashwerk is the platform for the work behind the campaign: clients and requests in the CRM, campaigns as projects with a board and a budget, time tracking per client and task, retainers as recurring invoices and GoBD-compliant invoices from tracked hours. The reporting shows hours, budget, margin and open items. cashwerk does not run ads, channel figures stay in your channel tools. EU hosting, GDPR, GoBD, and 1 user free forever.
Six steps from the request to the reporting, all in the same system.
Contact, company and deal in one place, with history, appointments and files.
Line items with quantity, unit price and margin, accepted through a public link without an account.
A board with a column per phase, tasks with owners, tags, comments and due dates.
Timer or manual entry, flagged billable, with categories for the kind of work.
The monthly fee as a recurring invoice, campaigns by effort or as a fixed price.
Hours, budget, margin and open items from the same data, as PDF or CSV.
The typical problems in your field – and how cashwerk solves them.
Retainers are issued by hand every month, and nobody knows whether the hours budget holds
A recurring invoice for the fee, time tracking on the same project. The cockpit shows how much of the budget is already used.
Numbers get copied out of three tools before every client meeting
Hours, costs and margin sit on the project. Reports go out as PDF or CSV, with no detour through a spreadsheet.
Extra requests during a campaign land nowhere and are never billed
A change order on the quote with its own amount and date. The billing chain counts it in.
Briefings, approvals and assets spread across chat, mail and cloud links
Files sit on the project, approvals run through forms with a signature on the Business plan, and shared links get an expiry date.
The functions that matter in your day-to-day.
A board with a column per phase, tasks with subtasks, tags and comments, files on the project.
Contacts, companies, portfolios and tags, deals with value, stage and owner.
Timer, manual entry, categories and hourly rates. Billable time stays separate from internal time.
Monthly fees on a fixed rhythm, with the expected recurring revenue in the overview.
Project metrics with hours, profitability and status, exports as PDF or CSV from the Starter plan.
Drafts, files and approved versions in folders with tags, external links with an expiry date.
Phases become columns, tasks get owners, due dates and tags. The client hangs on the project, and so do the tracked hours.
A recurring invoice holds rhythm, line items and recipient and creates the invoices automatically from then on. Project work next to it is billed by effort or as a fixed price.

The project cockpit keeps counting while the team works: revenue, cost, hours and status. For the client meeting you pull the report out of it instead of building it.
cashwerk does not pull channel figures from ad accounts or analytics. It delivers the side that is usually missing from the reporting: effort, budget, margin and open items.

Trusted by leading companies

No. cashwerk does not run ads, does not send mail sequences and does not replace marketing automation. It holds the work around the campaign: client, quote, project with a board, hours, invoice and the reporting on top. Your channel tools stay where they are and can be connected through the REST API or n8n.
As a recurring invoice: you set rhythm, line items and recipient once, and the invoices are created automatically from then on, booked and sent from your own mailbox if you like. The hours run on the same project, so you can see at any time how much of the budget is used.
You record the additional services as a change order on the quote, with its own amount and date. The billing chain counts it in, so partial invoices and the final invoice reflect the actual contract value.
Everything that comes out of the work: tracked hours by category, budget status, cost and margin per campaign, plus open items and payment rate. Reports go out as PDF or CSV, and reports on revenue and open items are available from the Starter plan. Reach and click figures are not part of it, they stay in your channel tools.
Clients accept or decline a quote through a public link, with no account at all. For briefings and sign-offs there are forms with a signature that are stored on the project, included on the Business plan. Files are shared through links with an expiry date.
Yes. Instead of clients you keep internal stakeholders as companies, and campaigns stay projects with a board, a budget and tracked hours. You can leave the billing out and still see how much effort went into which campaign. All areas are included in every plan.
