Booking that ends in your client file
A booking link alone saves phone calls. A booking that lives on as an event in the calendar, a contact in the CRM and later a deal saves the work afterwards.
Every booking page has its event types: duration, description, form fields and availability rules per person. Overrides for single days are entered without touching the rule. Theme, logo and colours adapt the page to your company; on the Enterprise plan the cashwerk notice disappears.
The guest books without an account, receives confirmation and ICS file and can reschedule or cancel via the link in the email. Reminders go out automatically before the appointment; the log records what was sent. If the page is meant for one group of clients only, protect it with a password or embed it as a widget on a page only those clients know.
