cashwerk starts at €0: on the Freemium plan you work free forever with one user and 2 GB of storage. The Starter plan costs €12 per user per month with annual billing (€14 monthly), the Business plan €24 per user per month (€29 monthly). Enterprise terms are available on request for teams of 20+ users. All prices net, no setup fee — annual billing saves 17%, the equivalent of two free months.
For comparison with typical CRM software pricing: standalone CRM tools usually cost €15–90 per user per month — and only cover sales. With cashwerk, CRM, project management, time tracking, quotes, and GoBD-compliant invoicing (incl. e-invoicing via ZUGFeRD/XRechnung) are already included in the price. Credits are cashwerk's internal unit for usage-based features: AI chat (1 credit/message), document generation (5 credits), meeting transcription (10 credits/hour), and more. Starter includes 50 credits/seat/month, Business 150 — pooled across your org.
Plan credits are refreshed at the start of each month and do not roll over. One-time credits (e.g. 200 for €19) never expire. Monthly credit subscriptions are granted each month.
You pay per active seat. New users are billed pro-rata for the rest of the billing period (Stripe proration). Removed users remain billed until period end.
Yes. Upgrades (e.g. monthly → annual) take effect immediately with pro-rata charges. Downgrades (e.g. annual → monthly) apply from the next billing period.
Starter and Business start with a 14-day trial without a credit card. After it ends, choose a paid plan or switch to Freemium (1 user). Without a choice, the trial ends automatically.
On cancellation, your plan ends at the end of the current period (monthly or annual). Your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted per our privacy policy.
