Meetings that create work instead of rework
A transcript on its own is raw material. It becomes useful when summary and tasks land where your team works.
The bot joins your meeting – manually or by auto-join rules for events with a meeting link in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. During the conversation the transcript is written in segments with speaker attribution.
After the meeting cashwerk summarises key points, decisions and next steps and recognises tasks in the conversation. The tasks are created and linked to the event; you review, assign and set due dates. Transcript and summary hang on the event in the calendar.
Transcription is available from the Starter plan and costs 10 credits per hour; on the Starter plan every user gets 50 credits a month, and you can buy more. Who may use the bot and who sees transcripts is set in the workspace settings.
