A calendar that belongs to the rest of the platform
A calendar is only as useful as what hangs on its events: client, project, tasks, files.
In cashwerk you create shared calendars per team, project or topic. An event has a period, place, participants and attachments from Drive; participants accept or decline. Recurring events carry exceptions per occurrence, and an event can sit in several calendars. Before you invite, the availability check shows who is busy.
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Apple iCloud sync in both directions. Everyone connects their own accounts, Google and Microsoft via OAuth, Apple with an app-specific password. Synced events carry a badge, conflicts and duplicates are detected.
Events appear where you work: in the contact’s appointments tab, in the project calendar, in the mobile app. A guest on an event becomes a contact with one click; a booking through your booking page becomes an event. Casper answers questions about your data and creates contacts, tasks or appointments on request – you confirm every write before it runs.
