Workforce planning tied to projects
Shift plan, absences and time tracking are not three tools in cashwerk but three views of the same people and projects.
A working-time model per person sets weekly hours and days off. Target hours, overtime and the working-time account follow from it. Shift planning uses the same people; whoever is on leave is not available on the timeline.
A planned shift becomes logged time with one click. The time books onto project and task and shows in the project cockpit as planned and logged hours. Billable hours go from there onto the invoice.
Reports per person and period come as PDF or CSV and as an export to Drive – in the Starter plan. Shift planning, leave planning and time tracking themselves are included in every plan. Casper answers questions about your data and creates contacts, tasks or appointments on request – you approve every write before it runs.
