With OAuth2, you can connect Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in seconds — without storing passwords. Authorization is handled by your provider and can be revoked at any time. Multiple accounts per user are supported, so you can have a personal Gmail and a business Outlook account connected at the same time.
Once an account is connected, you can send emails directly from cashwerk. When creating an invoice, simply choose the desired sender account — the email goes out via your real sender address, not a generic cashwerk address. This builds customer trust and keeps communication professional.
In addition to invoices, quotes, order confirmations and any other messages can also be sent directly from cashwerk. The entire sending process runs through your connected provider — cashwerk acts only as a secure intermediary.
The integration is GDPR-compliant: all OAuth2 tokens are stored encrypted and are used exclusively for sending. There is no reading, storing or synchronizing of your email inbox.
