Clients in the CRM, consulting projects with a board, time tracking with an hourly rate per service and fee invoices built from exactly those hours. The project cockpit shows what a project brings in.

In short
cashwerk is the business platform for consultancies, consultants and IT service providers: clients and contacts in the CRM, offers with line items and rates, consulting projects with a board and tasks, time tracking per person, project and task, and GoBD-compliant fee invoices from those hours. Revenue, cost and hours sit in the project cockpit, and a performance record can be signed. EU hosting and GDPR come with it, and for 1 user the entry is free forever.

Every line item carries quantity, unit, unit price and the margin that follows from cost and sales price. While you write you can see what a rate or a package leaves behind, and the client accepts the offer through a public link.
Time runs on project and task, with a category and a billable flag. Project metrics show the hours by category and the economics, while the cockpit puts revenue, cost and hours side by side.
Working-time accounts, overtime and absences live in the same area, so planned and worked time are not kept in two systems.
Learn moreThe order becomes an invoice chain: partial and progress invoices with cumulative billing, and at the end a final invoice that deducts everything before it. Ongoing support runs as a recurring invoice.
The typical chain of single tools, and what of it collapses into cashwerk.
One system, one login, one data model. 1 user free forever, after that from 14 € per user and month on the Starter plan.
Client list, key figures and invoices, the views behind a consulting engagement.

Trusted by leading companies

cashwerk covers the chain in one system: clients and contacts in the CRM, offers with line items and rates, consulting projects with a board and tasks, time tracking per person and task and GoBD-compliant fee invoices from those hours. Evaluations per project and period live in the same system. For 1 user the entry is free forever.
The rate belongs to the service, not to the invoice. Time entries run on project and task, carry a category and a billable flag, and become line items with the rate of that service when you write the invoice. Hours that were already invoiced are locked, so no hour appears twice.
The project cockpit puts revenue, cost and tracked hours side by side per project, and line items carry cost and sales price. Salary periods and labour rates bring in the cost side of your own people. Project metrics add the hours by category. Invoicing reports and exports are available from the Starter plan.
Yes. The tracked time turns into a performance record that can be signed on site and is filed as a document with the project and the client. On top of that there are time reports per person and period as PDF and CSV from the Starter plan.
Milestones run as an invoice chain: partial and progress invoices with cumulative billing, and a final invoice that deducts what was billed before. If the scope grows, a change order records the updated order sum. Ongoing support is set up once as a recurring invoice.
Contacts and companies come in by CSV import, with hardened import templates instead of retyping. Documents go into Drive and can be attached to a client and a project. Invoices and clients can later be handed over to Lexware or sevDesk on the Business plan; the DATEV posting batch exports from Starter.
