Quotes that are part of sales
In cashwerk the quote is not a Word document but the step between deal and invoice. That is why it knows the customer, the pipeline, the costing and the order it turns into.
The usual way: copy customer data from the CRM, open a template, type line items, calculate tax, export as PDF, send by mail – and start over with every change. In cashwerk the quote is created from the deal. Customer, contact and amount are already there, line items come from the product & service catalogue, tax rates and discounts are on file.
Your customer gets a public link, sees the PDF in the browser and accepts or declines the quote. The answer lands on the quote and the deal without anyone retyping a mail. The accepted quote becomes the order confirmation or the invoice with one click – line items, costing and customer move along. Cost estimates are created the same way as a non-binding first stage.
Because costing and margin are already in the quote, you see before sending what you keep. Layouts come from the layout designer, text blocks from your templates. Quotes are unlimited on every plan – including the free plan for one user.
