Reports that come from tracking
A work report in cashwerk is not a spreadsheet someone maintains, but a view of time entries that exist anyway.
Every time entry knows person, project, task, category and whether it is billable. The report groups by that: per person and period as evidence, per project and category as analysis, per organisation as overview. Target hours come from the working-time model, overtime from the working-time account.
From the project cockpit, billable hours go onto the invoice. The signed timesheet is produced from the same entries and can be signed on site. An hour that has been billed cannot be billed a second time.
PDF and CSV export and filing into Drive are included in the Starter plan. Casper answers questions about your data and creates contacts, tasks or appointments on request – you approve every write before it runs.
