Project management that knows the rest of the company
In cashwerk a project is not a board with cards. It is where deal, time and invoice meet.
A won deal becomes a project with client, team and status. The task board is created with it, appointments land in the project calendar, documents and forms in the project tab. Whoever works on the project logs time directly on it – with the timer or afterwards.
The cockpit turns that into numbers: revenue, costs, logged hours and margin per project, plus a status that shows whether the project is on track. The metrics break hours down by category and person and compare plan with actual. You spot early where a project eats hours.
At the end comes the invoice: the billing tab collects everything not yet billed and creates the invoice or the next progress invoice from it. Projects are unlimited on every plan – including the free plan for one user. Casper answers questions about your data and creates contacts, tasks or appointments on request – you confirm every write before it runs.
