The Lexware ecosystem (Lexoffice, Lexware Buchhaltung, Lexware Lohn & Gehalt) is deeply rooted in German SMBs. Many tax advisors work with Lexware products by default. The cashwerk-Lexware integration respects these existing structures: instead of replacing Lexware, cashwerk adds the operational side – CRM, project management, time tracking, and AI assistant.
The typical workflow: your team works daily in cashwerk – managing contacts, running projects, tracking time, and creating quotes. As soon as an invoice is created, data automatically flows into Lexware accounting. Your tax advisor finds all receipts properly sorted without anyone manually transferring data.
The n8n integration enables individual automations: for example, you can specify that only invoices above a certain amount are automatically transferred, or that new CRM contacts automatically create a customer master record in Lexware. Pre-built workflow templates make getting started easy.
