Rights that fit your team
A system that lets everyone see everything is convenient until the first freelancer joins. cashwerk grants rights per module, action and record.
Three roles are always there: Super Admin with licence management, Admin without, User with rights on own and assigned records. On top come the presets Viewer, Operator and Manager, assigned with a click; the preview shows which rights change. Custom roles with name and colour are available from the Starter plan.
Rights apply per module and action: read, create, edit, delete, import, export – for CRM, invoices, projects, tasks, calendar, time tracking, Drive, chat and every other area. You add the visibility: own, assigned, both or all records. The Business plan adds locations with their own address.
The employee profile holds what time tracking and billing need: work-time model, leave entitlement, salary periods, hourly rates. Every person manages their email accounts, notifications and signed-in devices themselves. How cashwerk protects sign-in and data is on the security page.
