The timeline is the workspace: people as rows, shifts as blocks, any period you choose. You plan per person, per project or for the whole team and duplicate a finished week into the next. Approved absences show in the plan.
A planned shift becomes a time entry on the same project with one click. The entry counts in the working-time account and in the project cost. If the day differs from the plan, you correct the entry; the plan stays what it was.
