Why Casper does not guess
A chatbot sitting next to your software does not know your customers. Casper sits in the middle: it queries the same database your colleagues see.
Every answer starts with a search in your workspace. Casper finds the matching invoices, projects or contacts, reads them and forms its answer from them. That is why it can name the total of open items or tell you which offer has gone weeks without a reply. What is not in your data, it does not invent.
For changes Casper uses the same commands as the interface. A new contact, an event, an invoice: Casper prepares the record, shows it to you as a preview and waits for your approval. Your permissions apply exactly as they do when you click. Anyone who may not create invoices cannot do so through Casper either.
Casper is available in the web app and in the mobile app, from the Starter plan. Credits govern usage: every user adds monthly credits to the workspace pool, every action deducts a few. Consumption stays traceable for your team.
