Yes. Every quote has a public link through which the client sees the PDF and accepts or declines – without login. The status shows in the quote list, and the accepted quote becomes the invoice in one click.
As a recurring invoice: define rhythm, line items and recipient once; cashwerk generates the invoices automatically and can send them booked from your own mailbox. The recurring invoices also show you the expected recurring revenue.
Your own theme with logo and colours is available in every plan; the number of booking pages depends on the plan: 1 on the free plan, 3 on Starter, no limit from the Business plan. The Enterprise plan removes the cashwerk notice on the page.
Sign-offs run through forms with signature that are stored at the project – briefing, acceptance, satisfaction survey. Comments and files hang on the task. Forms are on the Business plan; tasks, comments and files in every plan.
No. Drive manages folders, tags, expiry dates and public links, but no version history of a file and no connection to Figma or Adobe. Drive is the place for sign-off states, fonts and delivery files at the project – the design work itself stays in your tool.
