Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code to your workspace via OAuth. The assistant inside the system knows your customers, deals, projects and invoices – and asks before every change.

In short
cashwerk is the business platform for companies that work with AI tools: CRM, projects, time tracking and GoBD-compliant invoices in one data model that your AI clients operate through an MCP server with OAuth. The assistant Casper answers questions from your own data instead of inventing it; reading needs no approval, creating, changing, sending and deleting always do. Every action is attributed to a user and visible in the history.
Six steps from the connection to the log – each of them with your permissions.
Enter the MCP server URL in the client, sign in via OAuth. No code, no server of your own.
“Which invoices of Müller GmbH are open?” – the answer comes from your workspace.
Casper or your client proposes: create a reminder, invoice from hours, tasks from the transcript.
Anything that changes something waits for your yes. Reading needs no confirmation.
The same command as in the UI – organisation-scoped, checked against your role.
Every action is attributed to your user, visible in the history and billed in credits.
The typical problems in your field – and how cashwerk solves them.
Business data ends up in the AI chat via copy and paste – and the answer doesn’t fit back into the system
Your workspace is an MCP server: the client reads and writes directly into CRM, projects and invoices.
The chatbot invents customers, numbers and invoice statuses
Casper sits inside the system and queries your data – answers come from invoices, deals and projects, not from the model’s memory.
Nobody knows what an AI tool may do on behalf of the team
The assistant gets exactly the permissions of the signed-in user. Writing, sending and deleting only with approval, every action logged.
The back office is so scattered that no AI sees a whole process
Deal, project, time and invoice live in one data model – the AI sees the whole way.
The functions that matter in your day-to-day.
Listed in the Claude connector directory; any MCP-capable client connects with the same URL.
Questions about your data, creating records, opening the right screen, explaining a number – on web and mobile.
Reading without confirmation; creating, changing, sending and deleting wait for your yes.
Roles and permissions apply to Casper and every MCP client – checked last, never bypassed.
Every action is attributed to a user; credits per user and month, visible in the workspace.
Customer, deal, project, time and invoice are linked – that’s why the AI can answer a whole process.
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code connect to your workspace via OAuth. From Claude Desktop you ask for this month’s revenue by customer; in Cursor you write the quote without leaving the editor.
The MCP server is generated from the same OpenAPI specification as the REST API and the n8n node. No second way into your data.

Casper answers questions about customers, deals, projects and invoices, creates contacts, tasks, events, quotes and invoices on request and shows you every change beforehand. It uses the same commands as the UI – what you may not do, it may not do either.
Casper checks the invoice from hours against entries already billed. Nothing is charged twice.
Learn moreA customer has contacts, deals, projects, time and invoices – in the same record. That’s why a question like “What is still outstanding for this customer?” can be answered at all.
The detour through chat with copy and paste – and the single tools the answers get typed back into.
One data model your AI tools are allowed to operate. 1 user free forever, AI credits from the Starter plan at 14 € per user and month.
Tasks and invoices – the same records Casper and your MCP client query.

Trusted by leading companies

No, and that is deliberate. Reading needs no confirmation; anything that creates, changes, sends or deletes waits for your approval. Self-running processes or rules that trigger without a user are not part of the product today. What you get: an assistant inside the system and an MCP server for your own AI tools.
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code are tested. Any other client that supports the MCP protocol connects with the same server URL. cashwerk is also listed in the Claude connector directory.
Exactly what the signed-in user may do – nothing more. Roles and permissions apply to every tool; the permissions are checked last on every action. For narrower access, create a role with fewer permissions and sign the client in with it.
Casper searches the data of your workspace – invoices, quotes, contacts, companies, projects, tasks, deals, events and files – and answers from what it finds. If a deal or project is open, it refers to exactly that record. Nothing is invented; if information is missing, it says so.
Over MCP, your client sends your questions and the answers from cashwerk to the provider you chose; that provider’s terms apply. cashwerk delivers only what your permissions allow, and only on your request. For Casper, cashwerk chooses the model per plan – you are not tied to any provider.
The MCP server costs nothing extra and is included in every plan with API access; your plan’s rate limits apply. Casper bills in credits: 50 credits per user and month on the Starter plan, 150 on Business, by agreement on Enterprise. The free plan contains no AI credits; you can buy more at any time.
