Most deadlines are not missed because someone is careless, but because they are scattered across emails, calendars and lists. cashwerk knows the due date of every invoice, the status of every quote, the deadline of every task and every appointment. The reminders come from there, without you keeping a separate list.
Reminders reach you through the notifications you already use: in the app, by push on your phone and by email. You choose which channels you get. Guests of your booking page get their reminder by email, and every reminder sent is logged.
Reminders are included from the Starter plan. If an invoice still stays unpaid, dunning on the Business plan takes over with reminder levels, fees and late-payment interest.
